Am I quick enough for Time Trials.

^ That's a good way of doing things. I've got a couple of private Strava segment test loops that I use as TT training to gauge my fitness and dial in my position. Time trialling isn't exactly huge out my way, not like when I lived in Berkshire/Surrey. I used to ride local courses in training a lot as you learn how to best attack each course's profile.
A powermeter is certainly handy, but there's a lot to be said for being able to ride and pace well by feel.0 -

Broke under 28min today with a good amount of wind (loop course, so not helpful). Also....this was without TT bars this time. Also without the more aero "team fit" kit. Just a club fit jersey that has a little "flap" to it.
Just sandbaggin it I guess.
I find the lunch time TT is a good way to kind of do an "over/under" interval workout. Over for a few minutes, barely under for a few minutes.0 -
Did Jollygiant break 22 this year? Enquiring minds want to know...Fat chopper. Some racing. Some testing. Some crashing.
