Sounds too much like hard work to me.
Feeling a bit knackered after a hectic weekend so have come in to work for a rest. Remarkably warm out there, temperature was in double figures and is forecast to hit 15'C today.
  • Did someone mention work?

    Shudders

Working from home as I've actually managed to get an appointment see my dentist to fix my knackered tooth from last week. Luckily a bit of DIY took the worst of the edges off.

I've been to the dentist 3 times in the last 20 odd years. I normally wait till the pain is unbearable and the cost of a visit is over £300.

I have been twice in 40 years, the last time being a month ago. Prior to that, eleven years ago. The cause of the toothache on both occasions was a filling I had as a kid starting to break down and need replacing.
Prior to these visits, my last one was when I was at school.
I know people that go every six months for a check up.
    F*ck that!!

At least you've got the sense to go when the filling breaks down and not wait till the rot sets in and the tooth is beyond saving.

I know no one likes the dentist but I have a real fear of going.
But I have found one that is excellent.
Anyone who is as fearful as me and lives in travelling distance of Stafford, PM me and I will give you his details.

No problem here - I'm £55 down but semi permanent filling now on and no more razor sharp teeth on my gob. Although I probably need an implant longer term as I lost a big chunk of tooth. And on the plus side, the lady who messed around with my mouth was a bit of a looker :)

    Onwards to budget presentations

...but that's normal in CC?! You get called a w@nker in Cake Stop all the time but never say anything in here.

Anaethsetic is for wimps :) Tooth in question has already had root canal treatment so can't feel a thing anyway.
