    Uh I'll worry about the house warming when I get completions etc, waiting for it to go wrong tbh.
    With the date, commitment right there, except the divorce lawyer has already drawn up the money documents if we split.

    Being told by some friends to buy a hot tub for the garden.

    @v68, no different one, completely finished house no work required. Went in for a viewing offered an hour later, rejected, gave in for asking price (been on the market 3 days with viewings being lined up like crazy)

    As soon as you move in, the house will start filling up with yucca plants and there will be cushions everywhere. She'll make you drink your beer out of a glass and say stuff like 'If you're going to fart can you go outside and do it in the garden please'.
