    Bloody good effort! Impressive stuff.

thanks! it was a great route with very little ascent and we had leisurely breaks, so it really felt fairly easy. Next year I want to ride from my house to scotland in a one'r :) .. I love the idea of leave my little cottage in Devon on my bike and reaching the border with just a debit card, some lights and a couple of spare tyres "see you later love, I'm off to scotland!" :)

    Nicely done.

Next year gives you the chance to ride London to Edinburgh to London:

Cracking ride and superb organisation and support.

Sounds like you'd fit in well!

What I'd do is ask for easyish routes from point A to B, B to C, C to D until it adds up to 300 miles. You will likely find people with enough local knowledge to do you a decent route and send you a GPX file.
