Ive done the most miles this year than I have done for around 4 years. What I have noticed is that my neck has gone back into my shoulders - something that improved when I was off the bike.
I go the gym to do weights and various core stuff around 3 times per week.Any ideas of any exercises I could to reverse my hunched shoulders appearance ?

haha true but likewise I don't understand why Americans struggle with the word lose, and replace it with loose which clearly has a totally different meaning0 -
