I don't think I've been following closely enough, but this stage is weird. What's Majka doing? Reducing his 17 min deficit with a 3rd place finish on the stage?0

Kirby still there (sadly). If you're on Eurosport Player you're watching one of the raw feed channels not Eurosport 1 which has commentary.0

Definitely didn't have big Greg on the cards for today.. really impressive.Follow me on Twitter - http://twitter.com/scalesjason - All posts are strictly my personal view.0

Lead back over 6 mins, so presumably the peloton have knocked off the chase.0

A rash of rider twitter outrage and angst tonight I fear.
That final descent is nuts.
GVA walks it."Science is a tool for cheaters". An anonymous French PE teacher.0 -
GVA looks as muscular as any other sprinter ( still huffing on the other side of mountains ) and can climb like that!0
-
Bit of GC action. Contador struggling.0

Bertie distanced just before the descent.Correlation is not causation.0

Majka comes in third. I'm sure he's achieved something.0

He looked really miffed with the bottom rung.
Meanwhile his team leader finished about a minute behind him, but shipped 20 seconds or so."Science is a tool for cheaters". An anonymous French PE teacher.0 -

Was this 'allowed' as a play to get Valverde knackered as he defends his lead? Possibly wasn't supposed to have quite such a lead though I'd have thought!0

Yeah, think they only meant to give him 2 seconds.0 -

Sorry - I though Valverde was up the road with GVA. As you were0

Kelderman feels that the front group was never really going that hard and none of the big men would have felt any problems.
Dumolin isn't as good as he would have hoped so he threw the GC towel in and figured he'd be better off to losing a bunch of time.0 -
Nibali 'not playing out today'0

It must be hard for Nibali riding up a mountain sucking his thumb. What a tosser.0

That's two kicks in the nuts Kreuzinger has given AC. He pushed on the front the other day for Sagan when someone else would pull and spat his Leader out of the back and today Kreuzinger sat in the front group with his finger up his butt. Rafal Majka was still chasing a lost cause and didn't sit up for his Leader too; just came in, in front of the main bunch. What a cock up. Can't believe there's not a ding dong going on as they're seemingly riding against each other.“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving”- Albert Einstein
