    Hhhmmmmm

Ended up in Solihull so early start with a late finish tacked on

Later should really be training for this weekend's first ever half marathon, but as I haven't trained I think it's time I started tapering

Unfortunately Tuesday wasn't delayed enough and I had to get up. Managed a wobble in to work at least. In between bouts of work I've tried being reasonable in the EU thread, that didn't work so I posted a list of people for and against the EU that I thought was quite amusing and very telling. Others didn't see it that way.

Got up at four to finish a report due in yesterday at 5.00pm. Have another report to get to final draft by 5.00pm tomorrow, but the early start is now taking it's toll. I need to stay away from the Referendum thread if I want to get any work done.

But I just love sharing my opinion.

avoided that thread completely. too many he says she says arguments and a serious lack of facts. and the facts I do have push me in one direction.

Did like the list. I do wonder how a few of the people in that thread ever produce anything based on facts and real information rather than what they overheard or were told by the cleaner

    Will check that list out.

Nuff plasterboard removal for today. Off to take Toots 2 with me to see if my cutting deck has been completed by the welder bloke. Slight pity I have to take toots as he is adept at giving you abuse for no reason at all and he got a 'gunk' the last time when I gave him some abuse back. Which was fun.

    Laters.

Have to be quick mind you as HobNobs are notoriously unstable.

Ginger nuts are the best dunking biscuit, good structural integrity even after a good dunking.

Working from home today and looking at the amount of water falling towards the floor it seems like it was a good choice! Summer didn't last long this year!

My sister's frame should arrive today/tomorrow giving me plenty of time to build it up before she is back in the uk on..... actually do i really want to tell you lot when that is?!

Where does she land? We could organise a welcoming committee.

The Boa dial cable snapped on my shoes last week, so I had to wobble into work today in my Posh shoes. Crying as they became less then pristine white :( Cannot find my overshoes/socks for love nor money.

Still tired from having to work the weekend. Also on call this week for work for my sins.

Pulled pillar to post with people moaning. Plenty of coffee. No biscuits :( Did have a Ripple mind. Lots of Polo's which I am not sure if they were a good idea.

Ohh also a tiny battery exploded on my desk like a small IED. Showering me with hot stuff. OUCH!!

    Evening Bracketeers and Eurofighters :)

Busy and slightly stressful day when you find that your wonderful shared service centre tells you we have to make a €20m VAT adjustment.. Fortunately there are two equal and opposite adjustments or heads would have rolled.

Had to get back early to collect Stropteen and am now watching the footy while pretending to catch up with work.

She lands in Birmingham and my dad is picking her up and taking her to Wales, that should be enough to put you off :-)

I'm the other way round - I'm speccy tw@t in the office but outside/driving/cycling etc I have no need. Just as well really, don't fancy doing DH wearing specs.
