Turbo trainer workouts.

Hi im use to using a turbo trainer and going for moreride regulary but I was looking for any 60 minute turbo workouts to try and really loose some excess fat off my bottom half.
I normally do a warm up 1x5, hard effort 3x15 85-95rpm, recovery 2x2 and a 5 minute warm down.
I never really incoparated sprints that much as I am more of a climber but if anyone has any tips on which workouts work for them and the structure would be most appreciated, Iknow that obviously diet has a key part to play.

    Have a look at some of the GCN Hitt workouts, my GF swears by (and at) them, reckons it helps with fat loss.

    Get yourself set up on TrainerRoad, it really transforms training on a Turbo. Add some sufferfest videos to it and it becomes almost fun. As well as the most effective training you can do.
