Very spread out at the end but don't think any of the gaps were quite enough for time differences.

Bertie struggled at the end there.
He did seem to lose a fair amount of ground compared to Froome, not sure if he'll actually lose any time though.

Yeah that's what I was thinking, but haven't seen a replay that shows it clearly yet.

Froome gains 1s on Contador? Now only 9s down.

Great finish, I thought. Well played Herrida after being boxed in quite a lot by Katusha. Made up huge amounts of ground there.

A few seconds by the looks of it.

I'll be honest, nobody likes seeing bertie stitched up with dodgy timekeeping more than me but not sure where those 4 seconds came from.

A poor day for forum punditry - only Pross with Moreno and Smithy with Mollema scored points.

Time gaps not on the official site, although Aru and Landa lost 19 seconds on the group.

After that neat bit of Ag2r bike handling yesterday, Bardet and Vuillemoz put on a more traditional french show.
The Bertie bounce sprint proves more than a bit naf. Deserved to lose a couple of seconds finishing so far behind.
    The pre stage favourites nowhere.

Poo bags. My afternoon siesta kicked in sporadically and I saw Kwia attack out of the group, when I woke he had disappeared from the leaders. What happened to him?

Woke to see Sky firing riders off up the road, expecting Froome to attack and leapfrog up the road off his teammates. But no Froome attack. So were Sky practising their tactics for steeper stages, or going for a stage win?
