A 60 mile ride may begin or end with a cafe stop.
It may not have a cafe stop half way.
That is two 30 mile rides. Is the gorilla tired yet?0 -
Rick speaks an element of truth. I met a lot of folks whilst playing football over the years and a few I'm still in touch to this to day despite having stopped it many years ago, there were some who I had good nights out with after games at weekends but subsequently slipped by when the boots were hung up and a lot who once we were all showered after the game I really didn't have a lot to talk about with. Many different shades of people make up the world.
I will concede cycling is a bit different however, you can ride your bike solo but if fancy a decent came of 11-side then obviously you have to be prepared to mix with others.0 -

A cafe run by definition must have a cafe stop. Both can end in the pub.The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.

Porridge and self brewed espresso/s at home… then bog!!
Then a stop halfway round…which can be replicated if the 1st stop served sh1t coffee and NO cake choices like we discovered yesterday!!!0 -
