I have a choice of a shop display 2014 Team Hardtail for £465 or the 2016 for £620 any suggestions what would be the better one.
I like my 2014 Team 27.5 all i use it for is firetrails and a little road .
whats the better spec?

The major difference is the drivetrain - the 2016 gets a 1x11 speed compared to the 2x10 of the 2014. The 2016 is a touch slacker and longer too, if I recall correctly. The rest of the spec is very much the same.0

For your use, the 2x10 is probably more useful. I'd save the money and get the cheaper one.I don't do smileys.
