P90X diet advice

Hi,
I have decided to give P90x a go. Can anyone share their diets and/or experiences of diet within the first 'Fat Shredder' phase? I'm taking the Nutrition info with a pinch of salt; I don't have a lot of fat to shred TBH and already have a pretty healthy diet (low carb, low sugar). I have some Whey powder and protein cookies. I plan to use Chocolate Milk as a recovery and will crack on with my usual diet, eating more when I feel the need.
