Up at 5.45 to go for a ride before work, lovely and sunny but it looks cold. Bed is warm and tempting, hmmmmmm.

A ride would be more productive though so I'll catch you all later.

Definitely too early on a Tuesday. Knackered after boring committee meeting for the scout group last night. Had to drive in to work so I can get back to take the girl in to school for a while later. Traffic was dreadful considering how early it was. First cup of tea is nothing but a fading memory now, second cup is imminent though.
Did HD make it for his ride or did he go back to his nice warm bed like any normal person?

Got up. Went to work. 3 cups of tea, Rich Tea biscuits for dunking and some Bride cake later...

My Sealey Angle grinder died on me with the thought 'I knew I should have replaced my old Bosch with a new one' in my head.
Elected to shop around and get a Bosch. Got the Bosch on offer - bonus. 2 hours later I was back in the shop with it :roll:
No others in stock until next week.

had a shower, dropped off pointy shoes for a proper polish, been to the deli counter for starters, had a few bubblies, contemplating the menu now, there are healthy options... but i just can't resist the cheeseburger and chips, man i'm weak willed when it comes to this

I've done the maths. 3kg's as a percentage of say 85 is only 3.53%. Whereas 3kg's at my weight is 4.29%.
As your drag resistance and kinetic energy is potentially far greater, you could downhill faster. In Stevo's case, if there is a half decent headwind, he goes backwards uphill.

there always part time job opportunities for rotund blokes at Christmas but it's boots as pointy shoes are for your minions or elves.

Good luck in getting a grip and putting the lid back on the biscuit tin is always hard. One is to many and ten is another enough.
