Fruit smoothie for breakfast then had to drive in so I can ferry the girl about later this morning. Might pedal back to work after that. The urgent emails have been dealt with, now to deal with the dross. Cup of tea and a couple of bourbons have helped. Need someone else to bother coming in and make me a cup of tea soon or I might have to go myself.

My colleagues still don't suspect a thing, lots of tea and bike videos on repeat I think. Luckily there is a truck stop cafe place next door so I'll get an all day breakfast in a bit0
