    Please read my edited post. It all comes to cable position. Simply I am not able to make it work correct in wider rim position (only unscrewing mounting bolt to make some angle in cable) both in front and rear brake due to smaller angle in cable.
    If anybody posseses Propel please how a look at your bikes and give a shout how it is in your bikes.

    You are right but only in normal cable position. Switch to wider rim and check how it works.
