Hi,
I am just starting home training on my turbo.
I have come across the GCN youtube training videos which are really good at giving you a structured 30 / 40 min session.
Can people please recommend (or link) other good training videos which are available on youtube etc?
Thanks

One word: Sufferfest
Best videos on the planet. Combined with Trainerroad.com power profiles they make for excellent workouts.Strava Profile: http://app.strava.com/athletes/20060660 -
Save your money and just watch race videos on youtube
Its only turbo training after allI'm sorry you don't believe in miracles0 -
I have to agree with sloppy there is so much available on youtube. Sufferfest would do better rethinking their business model (ads not fees), particularly since all of their copyrighted vids seem to have been ripped and published.0

Videos are good but there's so many ways you can use sensors on your bike to give you a proper workout which isn't just based on perceived exertion.

YouTube is good for catching up on last years classics.
I even uploaded a cycle race to YouTube myself, last years Mens world road race championships in Richmond, although it is over 6 hours long.0
