Hi
So i bought this a couple of weeks ago and going by the instructions the motor bit should be mounted onto the frame on setting 1 as standard 700c wheels are 620mm, correct?
On setting 1 my wheel won't even mount as the motor is too close....let alone with the lever down.
I have to put it on setting 2.....even then when i calibrate it, its far right pretty much on the red colour, nowhere near the middle green.
Am i doing something wrong?

Setting 2 is the right one for 700c wheels.
The far right into the red just means that the resistance you have is too much, use the circular knob on the back of the brake unit to just back it off a little, do a few turns then retest.0 -
Cheers
I've played with that dial loads and can never seem to get the calibration in the green.
I'll keep trying0 -
i found the only way i could get the calibration correct and being able to use the lock lever, was using position 3, with a 23 700c wheel, isnt the measurement outside tire diameter? about 675mm0

Yer I faffed about with this too for a long time.
In the end, put it in the middle one.0
