    One of the few internet 'personalities' I do trust on supplementation and diet, Tim Ferriss, swears by Athletic Greens. As the article above mentions there are a lot of duff ones out there so it's important to find trustable sources. Even better though would be to make your own healthier meals for when you feel like you've been neglecting healthy eating for a while - I'd recommend Gazpacho soup made in a blender from dark green salad leaves, a pepper, a lemon, half an avocado and whatever other salad type veg you want to chuck in with a bit of balsamic on top to finish it off.

    Jesus. Is this the next quick fix, snake-oil, panacea? If only people spent a bit of time and money on preparing simple food from fresh ingredients...

    Seems half the office got a Nutri-Bullet for Christmas, and they were all wandering round drinking something that looks like it's leaked from the bottom of the compost bin. Actually, not so many of them now, so the novelty is clearly wearing off...
