What shoes do you wear with flat pedals?

Made me chuckle that. I think they look a bargain though. Going to reccommend them to a mate of mine.Stumpjumper FSR Comp 650B http://www.bikeradar.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=13032340

And don't worry about the girl size feet - nature compensates. Guys with big feet have tiny dicks.
Is true. I'm hung like a gerbil on a cold day and I have size 11 feet. I also have big hands and drive a big car.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -
My hands are so tiny I need to use both when I go for a quick walk.I don't do smileys.

Wow, I bet you even have a smart car and have occasionally been mistaken for a tripod.
On a related subject, we used to have a miniature pony stallion, about the size of a big dog, who quite often tripped over the end of his own knob when excited. It was absolutely hilarious to watch.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -
I bought a pair of the Sombrio's in white. Seem to be great value and fit fine (ordered normal street shoe size), they're well made and good quality.
Have to say that I'm a little disappointed though, having only worn normal flat trainers before I was expecting fabled "super grip", but I just didn't feel it! I honestly don't think they were a lot more grippy than my normal Sketchers.
That said though, for £20 you can't go wrong and when they get covered in cr*p, you won't blink an eye0 -
The pedals are more important than the soles.I don't do smileys.

Cycling specific flat shoes aren't much more grippy but the soles are a lot stiffer to increase efficiency and they're more weather resistant.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350

I hated MG1's but there's a bit of personal preference involved in pedals.
I much prefer Superstar Nanos and Shimano Saints.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -
I use MG1s mainly, work fine for me. But as above somewhere, I have small feet and get mistaken for a tripod.I don't do smileys.

My two pence,
I have always ridden flats, but I always end up buying Adidas High Tops, nice and flat, spikes fit the grip pattern hard wearing and some level of protection and comfort.
Got to try some 5 10s this year.0 -

Exactly I keep saying to myself I need to get some dedicated MTB shoes, but when they are worn I just end up getting another pair. Surprisingly hard wearing, feet haven't been too wet. And they just feel right. Think all of my bike shoes have been some sort of Adidas, superstars, hightops, stan smiths etc.0
