Front wheel hub question

ok so i have a front wheel with a 15mm thru axel hub and got new forks with a 20mm thru axel can i buy a new hub to replace the existing one so i can fit the forks on the wheel something like:

and if yes how would i go about taking the old one off and installing then new one i have this front wheel:

and if no what should i do? I don't know if links are allowed if not let me know and i will just name the parts thanks for any help. :D
