Front wheel hub question

ok so i have a front wheel with a 15mm thru axel hub and got new forks with a 20mm thru axel can i buy a new hub to replace the existing one so i can fit the forks on the wheel something like:

and if yes how would i go about taking the old one off and installing then new one i have this front wheel:

I'm sure you can get a 20mm adapter for those hubs.

You would need a 20mm hub, spokes to the right length as a different hub will have a different flange spacing and spoke hole circle diameter plus someone to build the new wheel.

What should i look for i already have this:

but its a real pain to get on and isn't very good their is still a bit of play in the wheel or maybe i havent installed it properly or its a compatibility issue with my forks?:

Don't bother rebuilding the wheel. It's much more economical to sell it and buy a new one.
On top of the cost of the hub it's around £15 for spokes plus £25 for someone to build it plus a lot of shop bike mechanics are useless at building mountain bike wheels. Finding a good wheel builder isn't easy.
