then I would ask why aren't you at the front
Because I'm talking at people, pretending I know how to help them with their training, annoying, being laughed at while still being slower than you. Because at that moment in time that's what I'm doing.
Oh don't be cross. Everyone has someone faster than them (but admittedly for me it is quite difficult to find this person without actually going looking for them) but they sometimes find it difficult to accept that despite all the money they have spent on matching kit and club kit and warm kit and summer kit and wheels and carbon frames and gym memberships and leading rides where no one is allowed to talk that some old dude dresed in mixed Milram/Chianti Classico and socks that the dog has eaten one of can still ride off the front of their group while half asleep and thinking about winning the heart of TDLO.
I promise not to be cross and to wait for you at the top of hills if you promise not to be cross and not be too slow on the flats.Postby team47b » Sun Jun 28, 2015 11:53 am

Did Flaneur tell you he did his 60 miles on one leg on a fixie with 6 breeze blocks in his saddle bag and using his d1ck to jam in between the forks for a front brake?
I did 61 miles on a bike with no wheels with one pedal and no legs with 7 breeze blocks in 2 saddle bags while using someone else's penis to jam in the forks.
The first 32 miles was into a headwind on a single speed, whilst eating a three course lunch the wind changed direction - so I was slower on the way home - thought the Peroni is probably the true reason0 -
Evening all,
What's all this talk of riding bikes? Went to watch the boy play rugby, good match, final score was 28-0 but it was much closer than the score suggests. Boy played well and managed to score so he was happy. The EPO is not so happy with the graze on his nose and above his eye though. Then went to my folks for some scoff and a bit of lemon drizzle cake.
Work tomorrow, but bunking off early to get the results of my scan.0 -
