Ant+ heart rate belt question

Will a tacx ant+ heart rate chest belt work with my Garmin and bkool set up or will it only work with tacx equipment?

    It's bluetooth and ANT+ capable so it will pair just fine with whatever you're running Bkool on, and your garmin head unit
    And the people bowed and prayed, to the neon god they made.
