    Given we've strayed off-topic, unusually I know it may be, I'm going to throw in another rider. And in the absence of Mr Power (hopefully it works out sooner rather than later), how about Jakub Mareczko? Stunning year in 2014 winning piles of races as an U23, and a fabulous end to 2015 although understanding it was only Hainan and Taihu Lake. He looks pretty damn fast.
