Ebay Cadence Sensors

Hi,

I have taken the plunge this winter and invested in a turbo. I am running on a very small budget so please bear this in mind. I have a work Iphone 5s which I would like to use with possibly Wahoo App to monitor cadence - do any of you know if the cheap Cadence sensors on Ebay are reliable to work with this kind of setup?

If you're on a small budget, then don't bother buying a cadence sensor - it won't be that useful.
