Yeah, I don't think I was on the right track there.
I tried shortening the chain and increasing B-tension, no change.

Your video gives me nothing to go on at all. You need to try again. Need to see a close of the entire drivetrain. Get someone to turn the pedals whilst you film firstly a broadside showing the whole, then move to close in of each area fd, rd, cassette from all angles so I can see everything.
