Heart rate help

Trying to get my head around the heart rate zones and what they are telling me. Looking at my suffer scores on Strava, it is telling me that I am spending around 50% of my rides at zone 4. 20% in zone 3 and around 10 -15% in zone 5, with the rest in zones I & 2. Is this a good thing or a bad thing ?

This all depends if you've actually got the your own personal HR zones correctly set up in the first place, how long your ride was, what your personal goals are, how long you spend in that zone and if you kept that effort consistant. But, zone 4 riding is usually around threshold of a person's FTHR.
