Questions for a prospective coach?

I’m meeting a prospective coach this evening but don’t know that much about coaching.

What should I ask him?

    I would let him ask the questions in the first instance...

    You need to find out if you are on the same wavelength with regard to overall approach to training.

    For example if you are very numbers and stats oriented, but your coach is old school and does everything based on feel, you probably aren't going to get along. Or vice-versa.

    It’s actually a guy who’s proposing to coach our whole team. So a mix of preferences I guess
