+1 for these, extremely hard earing, reasonable grip (certainly better than regular Rubino Pro) and pretty good puncture protection. Mine have probably done about 3,000 miles this year and still look pretty much as new.
Mine are about to start a third winter and I've also been using the winter bike to commute this year too. I doubt the rear will make it through the dark nights but the front will deffo last. These have been the best winter tyres I've ever used.0 -
Gp4seasons for me. Fitted a new pair on my winter wheels and tested them out over 50km this afternoon. Lots of wet leaves and autumnal mulch on the road and I never had a moments doubt the 25mm would grip. They feel like tubs to be honest, a lovely ride. Expensive yes, but the difference between a cheap tyre and an expensive one is insignificant when you consider what else you buy that's cycling related!0
