Hi all
If anyone is looking at what winter training they should be doing, then we are holding a free week of Wattbike sessions, so if anyone can make it to Cheltenham between the 12th and 17th of October, please book online and use code 1FREE.
This includes Fitness Tests too, including Platinum worth £50.

We offer the full library of Sufferfest session, but we also have a 10% power increase 6 weeks course coming soon.
To those looking at Sportives, Triathlon or TT, we have a British Cycling Coach providing training programmes specifically for our Wattbikes. Select Bibo sessions if this is what you're looking for.
Hopefully see some of you soon.

Still loads of spaces available.
I have an empty class for the Sportive Session. These programmes have been put together by the Lead Singer of Jesus Jones who is now a Level 2 Bike Coach! He may even be there for one of the sessions.0 -

Worth checking with BC, but if 'Mr Jones' is L2 and is intending to coach performance on an individual basis, then his qualification is probably not sufficient.0 -

Just spotted this reply, not sure why you think level 2 isn't sufficient, but he provides training programmes that riders can follow and produces sessions around this. I use these programmes for indoor group sessions on the Wattbikes.
He's a qualified Level 2 British Cycling Club Coach and British Cycling Road and Time Trial Level 2 Coach, as well as a qualified member of the Association of British Cycling Coaches.0 -

Like I say, it's worth checking. It might be fine, but the L2 role is not clear cut where performance issues are concerned.0 -

I agree it's a bit vague on who can do what. But keen to know as I contemplated going through the process on top of my Wattbike training. BC actually told me not to bother and to just do indoor qualifications, but getting qualified in spinning doesn't offer me anything useful.
I've had a listen to their music on spotify, didn't know they were such a big thing back in the day!0
