Hi,
I've had 2 weeks off of the bike after my first race season and will get back to training on Monday.
I will be using trainer road again this year but not sure if I should hammer straight into a FTP test or get back on the bike for a week of riding first
Thoughts?
Kind regards
Matt

Personally I'd do a week of mixed riding first. Nothing structured.Insta: ATEnduranceCoaching

I've been wondering the same thing. I was due to start some trainer road sessions last week but instead I decided to fall off my bike  , so it'll probably be week after next before I'm back training, so just a few random rides before any test? Sounds like a good idea.0 -

Yep. It'll give you a reasonable idea of where to aim for at the beginning of the test too.Insta: ATEnduranceCoaching
