I've just invested in some rollers for winter nights, can any one reccomend any training plans or what do people use for motivation. So far my best option is heart rate zone with some high rpm music.

trainerroad as the generic response. Are you training for anything in particular?0

Nothing particular, I've made some good progress this year and just want to maintain.time to man up.0

No such thing. Especially if (as the OP states) you have no training goals.0 -
If you are looking for best gains for your time invested, my main advice would be to avoid the "quite hard" training no-mans-land just below threshold. So Either go for easy base-training pace, or target tempo/sweetspot (just below that no-mans-land territory)
Unless your rollers have a resistance unit built in, it's unlikely you will be able to go anaerobic. On my rollers I can just about hit threshold in my highest gear at about 120 RPM cadence. Hence I also have a turbo for hard intervals.0 -

Does depend on the rollers, my Tacx antares are similar to that, but I've also got some elite ones which (which have got 3 resistance levels) but even on the easiest level I can ride at threshold at 90rpm with a couple of sprockets left before I run out of gears! Think the tacx are good for warmup rollers at the track but not great for training TBH.0 -

Interesting - thanks for the info. I have the Minoura Action Advance rollers. There's an optional resistance unit you can buy and bolt on, but at the moment, they are fine for indoor base training, which is what I bought them for.0
