HR monitor

With autumn and therefore winter rapidly approaching, I have started to think about turbo training once more. I would like to get a heart rate monitor that has a stopwatch. Ok, my Aldi special has, but I cannot display the two together. Can anybody recommend a device that will, on one screen display heart rate and stopwatch, please? Not too worried about other features.

I don't really have a fixed budget in mind. I guess around £50 or so.0

Garmin Edge 500 can do what you want and will be handy for outside. But if you want something purely for indoor, there are better options that can work with PC or smartphone

I have already got a Garmin 500 and one of my options was to get a strap that will talk to it (my Aldi one won't). That would be fine for indoors and I may yet do that. I had thought about a watch type as they are a little more flexible, wear it when running as an example.
I don't have a smartphone (yeah I know) and the only portable PC is my work laptop. Can't use that.
I have found a Sigma PC25.10 which looks like it may do the job.0 -
I don't get why the garmin isn't the best option?
Personally for turbo training you need a motivational video feed, music and something to let you know your not slacking. HR/cadence etc.
If you want to time intervals, I've actually found powerpoint can be used to create counters and clocks fairly easily using animation.
I'm using ppt/animation to do a 2 min, 10 second and a 30 second timer for a HIIT workout video I'm making with a mate of mine soon to go on youtube.0 -

So you need one of these and one of these and you're done.
If/when you buy a watch later you won't need the bundle.0 -
I have the premium and the standard, I find the standard one a lot more comfy. I wasn't aware you could just buy the clip though.0

I have now managed to borrow / steal a Windows tablet so I will give that a try in the short term. If it works well then the Powerpoint or video route looks worth a go. Thank you for your suggestions.0
