Useful parameters in a blood test?

My GP has scheduled me for a blood test. It turns out that the hospital the practice is 'partnered' with is literally miles away and not close to any public transport, so I'm going to go private instead to save the hassle (probably when I go on hols as it's cheaper on the continent). So my question is, besides the things that she wants to check, are there any particular things that might be useful to check from a training perspective (recognising that a lot of the value is presumably from changes in these rather than point estimates, but I do have some results from a couple of years back, before I started riding my bike again after a few years layoff)?

The short answer is 'not really, no'. Not outside of a performance lab environment, anyway.0
