all this speculation is bullsh*t... test them, if positive for banned substances then ban them... this is why retrospective testing for active athletes is a good thing.0 -

Out of curiosity, anyone know what the status of Caruso's suspension is? He's still on the UCI provisional list having been put on in August 2015. But no formal sanction yet...0
