Hello
I am after some training advice if i could be so bold.
I am a keen road and Mtb rider. However at the tail end of last year i had a couple of crashes meaning i needed a multiple anthroscopy. Its been 9 weeks since the op and im recovering nicely bu tnot quite there yet.
I am used to training with heart rates but was wondering if anyone has an idea of how i can begin getting back into the swing of things, any special exercises good for knee recovery?
I have done a couple of easy loops of the local park, fairly flat and i did it fairly sedately. I find standing cycling still a little sore.
Kind regards

Check with your physio or medical profession who is treating you. Exercising after a long while off can be a bit stiff and sore but also initially doing the wrong exercise can cause problems.0
