Is it just me that struggles to change pads on BB7's? It looks like it should be so simple but I always end up making a meal of trying to get the new pads in.

That's about the only thing I found easy on BB7s.

Identical but for the packaging (and some options that only Uber or SS sell) the supplier does throw up the occasional batch issue that then may be specific to only some brands such as when they made a hash of the Avid (hydraulic) backplates so none would actually fit.
