Serious question, Frenchie - Have you ever ridden a bike up a big hill? It can get very painful and difficult to turn the legs round faster. In extremis, you have to slow down. Even Froome and his fugly style make it look much easier than it actually is. It's never quite so hard on the sofa!0 -
