Pain in the forearms

Is there anything I can do to strengthen my forearms for when climbing.
I do a lot of climbing out of the saddle; it's often my arms that give out before my legs / lungs.
I usually alternate between sitting / standing but want to stand for longer.
Thanks

Do it more often, how long are you standing out of the saddle for?
I'm a old fashioned MTB by trade so I tend to towards standing vs sitting this said its preference.
Unless you really like it? Stay seated if that works for you?0 -

Shift your weight back to your legsI'm sorry you don't believe in miracles0

Why is this any more complex than some isolation exercises? Static hangs, pull ups, rotations, muscle ups etc.

Couple of loops of rope in a tree is all you need.0 -
Thanks for all your advice.
The hills around us range from 2 mins to 20 mins. I like to stand for as long as i can, so upwards of 5 - 8 minutes if the gradient allows.0 -

I can generate more power stood up as i ride a standard double.
I've tried sitting and spinning at 95rpm but prefer standing.0 -

I guess if you can dance on the pedals like Contador then fair enough, I must admit I have started to stand quite a bit more now but sitting is certainly more efficient on gradients below 10% for me.Trainer Road Blog: https://hitthesweetspot.home.blog/

Are you sure you're not just gripping the bars too tightly? Otherwise I would expect my triceps to give up before my forearms.0
