The camera on Nikki Terpstra's bike is awesome.
Some empty seats..........
To fill it for 6 days in a row you need to reduce the price.
Especially on a School night0 -
Really enjoyed watching last night. Whether I can last another 5 before the Wife commandeers the TV is another matter...0

This.
EDIT: I must add that I went last night and had a great time. Good racing, decent DJ and the timing boards were largely working fine. And the velodrome is a world class venue.
My ticket was a freebie. Would I have paid the £36 for a seat up in the gods? Probably not.Ben

For the past week, they've been offering 33% discount for all nights...
Still a dollop of wonga, find - but not far off the cost of a Revolution ticket

I hadn't really considered the pricing to be honest.
It's in London and midweek (mainly) so I didn't even look.
From the coverage on TV last night there seemed to be an element of corporates in the house. The boxes looked full and the track centre table service looked well attended.
Is cycling the new Premier League Football?, I want to be the first to ask!!!0 -
Work permitting, I'll be there tomorrow.
Should be fun. It's a little like wrestling a gorilla. You don't quit when you're tired. You quit when the gorilla is tired.0 -
missed it last night... was the racing good?0

missed it last night... was the racing good?
Latham and Wood won 3/5, which is bloody good given the competition. The team elimination race was a corker
Might troll along there tonight0 -
It looks like I have a spare for Gent on the Friday if anyone is interested?"In many ways, my story was that of a raging, Christ-like figure who hauled himself off the cross, looked up at the Romans with blood in his eyes and said 'My turn, sock cookers'"

I went last night and I've got to agree, it was superb. The Madison is so much better to watch live than on TV. I do recommend you get yourselves along if you can.0 -

Awesome. It's our club night too so you'll get treated well. I'm on a half day to meet up with my mate who's coming over from the UK so PM me and we'll arrange it all."In many ways, my story was that of a raging, Christ-like figure who hauled himself off the cross, looked up at the Romans with blood in his eyes and said 'My turn, sock cookers'"

Dundee boy Mark Stewart takes the 1878 cup. The lad has some serious talent and is destined for great things I reckon.0

I trolled along last night. Twas good fun. Stewart led the 40km Derny race for what seemed like the entire race, brilliantly fought off one attack, and then got pipped on the line by a matter of inches...booooo!0
