'intervals' can mean different things to different people. What are your training objectives? It's quite possible to knock out interval work without having to look at a TV screen.0 -
Did this one a few years ago - its not the best, but there are "coaching" notes. the interval's are quite long though. It gets more interesting after the first 5 mins when I mix in with a race.

tbh - If you want something specific you can put a playlist together and overlay coaching notes in powerpoint or use a garming workout.
