    If the wind is that bad I will substitute my training ride with an hour on the turbo.
    Its a nightmare riding in gust wind. doesn't bother me too much if its headwind as you can mimic a climb or sprint.
    I would always rather ride in the rain then heavy wind.

    Block persistent head winds are the worst! Prefer gusts, least it keeps it interesting...did 40 miles into a 30 mph block head wind once...wanted to cry...probably did.
