How do you make sure you feel twitchy on race day?

How do you folks make sure your feeling twitchy and ready to go on race day rather than sluggish?

Is it something you eat or drink ? For example I always drink milk and eat a banana!
Is it your special little ritual? For example... running some laps of your garden wearing nothing but your helmet :shock:

It would be nice to know what some of you lot do (maybe less so if it involves the nude running around your garden)
