If you been follow my other post´s ive been cycling more seriously since December, since then i havent take more than 2 days off (per week), and averaging around 10hour training per week, this last month i bumped my training and milage a bit , training a average of 12h, also i bumped the intensity (imo this was the biggest change).
This last Saturday for example i´ve ridden the most in a single ride, around 100 miles at around 21.8mph in a group ride (with temperatures reaching 34 celsius at its peak) , i arrived home completly wasted . Last week i´ve ridden 200 miles.
Last week (wednesday couple days before the big ride) i also tryed to do a 20m ftp test, but quit in the middle (never happened before) , when climbing hills im feeling heavy and slugish, i feel the legs without that energy snap.
Is this accumulated fatigue, because of the bump on intensity ?
Should i take 3, 4 days off or 3,4 days with 1h zone ride to reset the legs ?
Any help would be appreciated
