Any good routes/roads to ride in Spain - near Murcia

Afternoon,

wasn't really sure where to post this, but thought people go on training camps to other countries, someone here might have an idea.

My parents currently live in Spain, and I will be going over there in September with the family for a little under 3 weeks.
This is of course time to spend with the family, but I also plan to be out every other day on the bike, probably early doors to beat the heat, and be back in time for breakfast, and not miss much time if any with the folks.
Most rides will probably be 30-40 milers, possibly with some longer, and or day, rides thrown in as well, as the gf will want to join me on some rides, and with both sets of Grandparents presents we will have a queue of baby sitters!

The town in question is Calasparra, about an hour north west of Murcia, so was just wondering if anyone knew the area with regards to cycle, and if there were any roads, or climbs I simply should not miss.

Happy to stick the bikes in the car and drive a bit as well if there is some stunning roads to ride on,
