training with power meter - really motivating

Morning all,
I've jsut started training with power - had it now for 2 or 3 weeks. Bar the masses of data, one of the side effects I've noticed is that I've stuck to my training plan much more rigidly than normal, it feels like I'm being 'watched' by a better version of myself saying "go on, get the last interval cracked!". I was late home last night and normally I woudl have skipped the session, but I did a set of Vo2 max intervals on the turbo at 11.30pm!

I hope it will last - I've always 'enjoyed' training and this has added another dimension.

Ha, yes. I'm definitely in the "it's only a race" catagory - which is why I never win anything.
I bought a quarq elsa.
