Afternoon

Work have sent me home for being poorly sick so I ll start this one.

Likely to be a fairly uninteresting day, most of the Gold standard sprinters are out.

Sporza coverage at 1445

Although my head (PTP) went for Kristoff, I was going to give Debuscherre my heart today but even he's not interested

Being retired my choice is either staying to watch tv or going out on a really sunny day.

Race off to a slow start this morning.

Went live with pan flat 102 kms to go.
    Now 94 kms left.
    Interminable.

Worse that that BS I drove through this area on Monday on the way back from RvV so it's not even new scenery...

    Tinky Saxy and Katusha "chasing"

I'm watching Basque Country on Eurosport instead!

Yep, got ES on the laptop and Sporza on the telly. Just cleaned all the Flanders mud off of the bike and relubed everything that had siezed (most of it)

22 to go, break at 30secs

Katusha chasing - this is likely to be an HTCesque win unless Sagan can pull something outstanding off

Once again an inflatable arch has collapsed - which is the most exciting thing to happen thus far. Sporza are actually getting quite excited about it...they re asking Renaat and everything!!

Sprint with a huge crash in the last km on wide open roads.

    What a joke.

I hope the big guns stayed well back and did not bother contest this minor race ahead of the real race on Sunday.

    Kristoff wins again
