Hi all!
I have decided to setup a blog and start writing about all the experiences I've had in the past few years as well as all the things i am going through now. I will be sharing everything from my times in the wheelchair to all the time I've spent behind handlebars. I will be sharing about my recovering physical and mental health as well as reviewing the bikes, parts and fitness equipment I've used over the years.
I hope there will be something to interest everyone!
Any help or comments would be greatly appreciated!

Quality not quantity....
3-4 updates a week will turn into sub-facebook 'look what I had for my tea' if you're not careful.
Choose about 4 or 5 categories and write...craft...compose....pieces of writing accordingly. Unless you have an amazingly interesting life, you need to write in a way that entertains and educates rather than simple 'this happened, then this happened' kind of thing.
Essentially, make it worth reading.

Ive chosen the 4 or 5 categories already, its on the about my blog page.
I should have clarified, i intend to post a few times but most of which will be reviews/shorter blog posts.
Whereas the posts i am doing about my physical and mental health will maybe happen maybe twice every month as they take a while to write! Im not going half arsed on it, i want each "main" post to be like a chapter of a book.
Hope that explains a bit better!
I think you should crikey, would love to hear what happened at the clog factoryCheck out my blog for my views and reviews: http://memylifeandmybike.blogspot.co.uk/0
