Well if he's way back on the road after that mechanical would you blame him? There's no point. You've got to be in it to win it.

    Paolini hits the deck.

Looks like beautiful conditions to me, warm, totally windstill.....

Then again, that's because Danish TV2 are still showing THE F*CKING BADMINTON.

    AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRGH!

    It's pathethic, really.

Anyway, Gent is quite a terrible race anyway and Crit is on Eurosport now live!

Yeah. Crit is by far the superior race. Who wants to see ridiculous rain and wind on cobbles anyway? Boring. Echelons are soooooo overrated.

It even has Lars Bak getting blown into a canal! On second thoughts that might be why ThomThom is annoyed.

Lars Bak did NOT get blown into a canal. He's just showing he could do triathlon if he wanted to.

How many km left? There is a great chance that they'll air Gent after badminton just as the Crit stage is over.

  • Don't think they're doing thecobbled descent of the Kemmel today, it was dug up and barriered off yesterday. Probably for the best given the conditions
