    Personally I find that the biggest benefit of clipless pedals is having the pedal in the right place every time, and the foot in the right place on the pedal every time. Makes stopping and starting easier IMO, and it's one thing I've really noticed when I have to use a bike with flat pedals.
    They use their cars as shopping baskets; they use their cars as overcoats.
